These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
